the parties on admission of the petition.
The petition is admitted. Petitioner
company shall forward a copy of this order along with a copy of the
petition to all respondents, if already not served.
Respondents shall file their reply by 31st March, 2000. Rejoinder may be filed by 10th April, 2000.
The review petition will be heard on 17th and 18th
April, 2000 at 10.30 AM on both the days. The implementation of the ABT Order is stayed till further orders. The Commission expresses its keenness that all arrangements for the implementation of the ABT Order should go on as per schedule in view of the rampant indiscipline in the Grid. It is also noted that none of the parties present is against the concept of availability based tariff and all parties are agreeable that the ABT would be useful in controlling indiscipline and has no objection to the ABT as such. The Commission directs all parties to cooperate fully with the Central Transmission Utility in the arrangements for implementing the ABT so that the purpose of controlling grid indiscipline is achieved.
