No.3/10/98-CERC.In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998, and in supersession of the Central Advisory Committee constituted vide Notification No. 3/10/98- CERC dated 18^th December, 1998 the Commission establishes the Central Advisory Committee with immediate effect.

2.    In terms of the provisions of Section 14 (3) the Chairperson and Members of    the CERC shall be the Ex-Officio Chairperson and Ex-Officio Members of the        CAC.

 

3.    These orders shall be effective from the date of issue.
